📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Physiotherapist with a valid professional license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and software, such as GaitScan, Motion Monitor, and Proloquo2Go.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
