📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess insurance needs of bank clients.
- Explain and promote MSIG Life insurance products to bank clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and close insurance policies.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with bank staff to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and MSIG Life product offerings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance or insurance sales.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of local banking industry in Manado is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
