📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly patients in their homes
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Active nursing license in Indonesia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts and hours
- Ability to travel to different locations within Bali
