In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated ESH team, working closely with project managers and field supervisors to implement and monitor safety protocols, environmental regulations, and health standards. Using tools like SAP and Microsoft Office, you'll create and maintain comprehensive safety data records, conduct regular safety audits, and provide training to site personnel on ESH best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to ensure compliance with ESH regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, work procedures, and emergency response plans for construction projects.
• Monitor and maintain safety data records using SAP and Microsoft Office, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on ESH best practices, hazard identification, and risk management.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate environmental and health risks associated with construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations, including waste management and pollution control measures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ESH performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESH roles within the construction industry, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and construction safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, environmental protection, and operational excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
