📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for sustainable development, digital transformation, and economic growth in Bangka Belitung Islands.
• Oversee the coordination and collaboration between government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to ensure integrated and effective national transformation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of national transformation initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Foster innovation and creativity in the public sector by promoting the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and civil society organizations.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung Islands at national and international forums to advocate for the region's interests and promote its development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and provide guidance and support to agency personnel.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals to achieve the agency's mission and vision.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, economics, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the public sector, with a proven track record of success in driving national transformation and economic development.
• Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing Bangka Belitung Islands, and a commitment to promoting the region's development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
