As a Barista at Basecamp Military Lifestyle, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering outstanding coffee-based beverages, ensuring our customers enjoy a unique and memorable experience. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a lively, energetic atmosphere where your skills and passion for coffee will shine.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages, using high-quality coffee beans and premium equipment.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary supplies.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and providing excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of the coffee served.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Familiarity with using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid work permit for Bali.
