Ciawenindo Mitra Perkasa is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team in West Java. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, financial statements, and other project documentation.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in West Java.
