📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze project data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into project performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project KPIs and metrics to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of project management analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management analytics.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver value to our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management analytics or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus.
