📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of marine equipment, including engines, generators, and other critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with marine equipment.
• Ensure that all marine equipment meets international safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of vessels to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support to the operations team, ensuring that vessels are ready for departure and safe for operation.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of marine equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine maintenance and repair.
• Certification as a Marine Engineer or equivalent.
• Familiarity with international marine safety standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using marine maintenance software and tools, such as Maximo or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
