• Assist in the development and evaluation of academic programs and courses.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in departmental and university committees to support academic and administrative goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in petroleum engineering to continuously improve teaching methods and course content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on reservoir engineering, drilling, or production.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or academia, with a strong background in petroleum engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as Petrel, Eclipse, or CMG.
• Ability to conduct research and publish findings in reputable journals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
