As a Barback at Daimyo Bali, you will be at the heart of our operations, assisting our head bartender in creating and serving signature cocktails. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the head bartender in preparing and serving signature cocktails
- Stock and maintain the bar inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and apply best practices in bartending and mixology
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bartending or barback role
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in using bar tools and equipment
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
