📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost control measures and investment opportunities.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the accounting team.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
