📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining financial records and documents.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decisions.,Overseeing the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely submission.,Managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.,Providing financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
