Develop and execute strategies to grow and retain platform partners.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with platform partners.,Provide technical and strategic guidance to partners to help them succeed on our platform.,Monitor and analyze partner performance, and provide feedback and support to improve results.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our platform ecosystem.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform our partner development strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully growing and managing partner relationships.,Strong understanding of the payment processing industry and Stripe's platform.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
