Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area to ensure a professional environment.,Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and troubleshooting.,Handling cash and credit card transactions securely and promptly.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds as needed.
