📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the sales team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
