📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high quality of hires.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.
