MINDBODY Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our global team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing for our international workforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the payroll process for MINDBODY Australia and other global entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.,Oversee the preparation of payroll reports and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.,Coordinate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and implement necessary updates in the payroll system.,Train and mentor junior payroll analysts and provide guidance on best practices.,Ensure the accuracy and security of payroll data, and maintain strict confidentiality.,Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Work closely with the global payroll team to ensure consistency and accuracy across all regions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a global environment.,Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Indonesia and other relevant countries.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as Workday, ADP, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certification in payroll or related fields is a plus.
