📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and backup systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Work with other departments to ensure that the company's IT systems meet their needs and requirements.,Perform regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and backup systems.,Familiarity with IT policies and procedures, and the ability to develop and implement them.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
