📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and development.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
