📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Accounting Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Mentor and train junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and financial regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
