📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, personal, and social issues.,Develop and implement school-wide programs to promote student development and wellbeing.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student support.,Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, time management, and career planning.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.,Stay up-to-date with best practices in student guidance and wellbeing, and share this knowledge with the school community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Relevant work experience in a school guidance counseling role or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.,Knowledge of Indonesian education system and culture.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
