📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to source and attract candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist with the hiring decision process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in recruiting for healthcare or medical roles is a plus.
