📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the hiring process.,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate company decisions in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and performance.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
