📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain daily schedules for the team, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, events, and other operational activities.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational protocols and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
