📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their performance and development.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Manage and mentor junior training officers to ensure the continued success of our training programs.,Report on training program outcomes and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
