📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and stock control.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all financial targets and deadlines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
  • Computer literate, with experience in using restaurant management software.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
