📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the HR department's day-to-day operations,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee training and development programs,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Provide HR support to managers and department heads

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with restaurant industry is a plus
