📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Support the HR Manager in various HR projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
