📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with auditors and external consultants to ensure the integrity of financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
