📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, including pumps, motors, and compressors.
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment, using diagnostic tools and software such as Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 and Wonderware.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing.
• Ensure the proper functioning and safety of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
• Monitor and maintain environmental control systems, such as temperature and humidity control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, building facilities, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software such as Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7 and Wonderware.
