📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs.
• Support the Training Officer in delivering training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.
• Provide administrative support to the Training Officer.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
• Support in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
