Depot Budi Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Deputy Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and presenting a variety of pastries and desserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and presenting a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert preparation.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure all food products are stored and handled correctly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
