PT Wardhana Melati is looking for an experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong leadership and team management skills
