You'll also be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final approval, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our financing solutions, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Identify and pursue high-potential leads through targeted outreach and relationship-building with customers and dealers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final approval, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Collaborate with our sales team to drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the financing process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand our market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the automotive market and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
