📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot meals according to recipes and standards.
- Season and plate dishes to meet presentation standards.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent injuries and illnesses.
- Assist the executive chef with special projects and menu development.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain food presentation standards.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software (e.g., Sodexo, Compass) is a plus.
