In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of sales associates, and ensure that our store meets and exceeds customer expectations. You will work closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Our store is a key player in the JAMTANGAN.COM retail network, so your contributions will directly impact our overall performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that our store meets and exceeds sales targets and customer service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity, and report to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and special events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry, preferably in the watches or jewelry sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with retail software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
