📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.,Facilitate communication between employees and management on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
