Sehati Budi Bakso is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our bakery equipment and machinery. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain bakery equipment and machinery,Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production efficiency,Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime,Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance,Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of bakery equipment,Work closely with suppliers to source and implement new technology

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the food industry,Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques,Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
