📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and safety.
